Based off of the feedback from my first Elevator pitch, the only change that I was recommended was to stand up. Of course, I took this advice and feel as if my video appears much more professional than the previous.
I would like to commend you on your cool blog and that it is different from a lot of the other ones I've seen. You could have went more indepth with your changes from the first elevator pitch to the second one. You did do a really good job though. Great job.
Great post! I really love your idea, I think it would be great, especially in a college town like UF. You said you changed the position that you were in, you were standing. I agree that it is instantly more professional to present this way. It enables better eye contact, makes you look more confident, and much more. Just a suggestion, maybe you can include a price of your product so investors/consumers know what to expect. I really can't say I have anything that I would change myself, but have someone record you so its more of a in-person look than a webcam. I really like the idea and would be great in college towns. Also, mention a price number for investors so they don't feel like there's a catch.
Emmalee, I agree with the top comment on this being a really interesting blog and different from the other ones I've seen. I also like your product a lot and think it's a great idea for a college town like Gainesville. Standing is definitely a good move as it portrays more confidence than sitting. I like James' suggestion to mention a price number. Good luck with this concept!
Hi Emmalee, I really like your idea and I think it would be very beneficial to UF. Your pitch itself is very good. If you have the time check mine out http://hungtma.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-no-2.html
