VRIN Analysis:
I believe the most significant part of my product is that it is not currently offered by anyone else. It stands out among the rest because of the highly advanced technology that is needed to properly make it effective. Although I believe #6 is my top resource, the remaining resources that my product possesses does make it valuable and inimitable.
I really enjoyed your venture’s unfair advantage blog post. I agree with you that the uniqueness of your product is the most valuable resource to have when becoming an entrepreneur and trying to start up. I don’t believe you quite understood the assignment, the VRIN analysis was needed for each individual resource. You were to add a video that supported this claim as well. ReplyDeleteHi Emmalee! Finding and creating a product that is unique to the market is a very strong advantage you have. I am not sure what your product or service is but something to ensure that will give you success is maybe check out how does your product benefit customers. It seems to me you are creating an app, so I also believe your background experience and your relationship with a domain expert will help you a ton. Great job! Check out my venture advantage if you have the chance!
